Come and join our dynamic team! Hammer Made is a growing Minneapolis-based men's clothing brand with a distinctive collection of limited-run shirts, apparel, and accessories. With six retail stores and a rapidly growing e-commerce presence, Hammer Made is looking to hire a Product Coordinator - Web, Inventory, and Systems, to bolster our growing team and work at the Corporate office in Eden Prairie. 

The Product Coordinator is responsible for the execution of web order fulfillment, store inventory replenishments/allocations, report generation of data and purchase order generation.

Essential Job Duties:

• Work with Director of Merchandising to manage inventory allocations into the stores.
• Support Product Development to effectively manage the flow of inventory into the warehouse.
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify opportunities for optimal sellthrough.
• Maintain inventory levels and review by location weekly. 
• Use sales, margin and inventory plans by department that support product and financial strategies.
• Manage customer web purchase orders and web customer service inquires 
• Ensure products are set up correctly and timely on website and continually provide updates to the website as needed (promotion set-up, category adjustments, etc) 
• Write vendor purchase orders and track order fulfillment and delivery. 
• Analyze and communicate size and color selling to impact future receipts.

Requirements

Competencies: 

• Technical proficiency in spreadsheet functionality and data analysis. 

• Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate with members of our internal team and outside vendors. 

• Understanding of retail financial measurements.

• Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.

• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills. Education and Experience Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of Product Planning/Data Entry or related financial/analytical experience.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel. 

This is a full-time position with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. 

This job operates in an office environment. 

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
